Public Health Empowerment And Research Organization.

PHERO is a nonprofit organization registered under The Society Registration Act 1860. It was constituted by highly motivated and experienced persons in the field of health in 18 March 2014 with the intent to fulfill the essential health needs of the common people and to strengthen the healthcare delivery by increasing and utilizing the workforce of government as well as private agencies throughout the world. Phero assists in making and percolating the health care policy and different projects by state and central governments up to grass root level .It focuses on basic health education and various research programmes to improve preventive and curative health measures.

Objectives

i) To Strengthen India’s public health institutional and systems capability and Provide knowledge to achieve better health outcomes for all.

ii) Assistance of public in availing government health facility.

iii) Strengthening education, training, research and policy development in the area of Public Health.

iv) Researching the ever changing challenges of public healthcare in India.

v) Development of Public Health Centre dedicated to the service of the poor and economically weak, offer its service at nominal price – also free or concession rates to deserving cases.

vi) Motivating & empowering other community organizations to develop charitable healthcare clinics and hospital to serve the most vulnerable people in India.

vii) To organize and take part in various health related camps.

viii) To educate people and organize various kind of awareness programs and activity regarding various public health problems.

ix) To publish magazines, periodicals, pamphlets, books and use other media to promote objectives of the Society.

x) To associate with other organizations with similar objects in and outside India, for the furtherance of the objective of the Society.

xi) To take over, run, manage and administer any existing organization with similar objectives. Develop public health workforce and setting standards.

xii) To constitutes scholarship, pay stipends, cash remuneration and incentives, presentation, awards and prizes in cash or in kinds to promote the objectives of the Society.

xiii) To conduct various field studies, seminars and surveys for data collections.

xiv) Support academic and research freedom, contributing to public health goals and interests, Strive for equitable and sustainable development, working with communities. Collaborate and partner with other public health organizations.

xv) To deliver health services in disaster affected area in different part of world.

xvi) To take up such activities as may be beneficial to the society at large and more particularly to the weaker section of the society.

xvii) To undertake, promote, encourage and to work in any other manner for the protection of atmosphere, plantation, recycling of waste material, development of yoga and pranayama and establishment of peace in democratic way.
